After adding SRST functionality the SRST does not work. After reviewing the exhibits, which of the following reasons could be causing this failure?
A. Device Pool cannot be default.
B. The Cisco UCM is pointing to the wrong IPv4 address of the BR router.
C. The router does not support SRST.
D. The SRST enabled router is not configured correctly.
I agree here with B.
The IP address for BR2 is labeled as being in the IP subnet 10.13.1.0/24. There isnt enough information to get the exact IP address, but 10.1.5.0/24 is the network for Main CUCM. If i was to guess, 10.1.5.15 is the IP address of the Publisher.
If the picture wasnt fuzzy…i think that is a .2 next to the BR2 interface so 10.13.1.2 should have been the IP address used in the reference.
Here it should be answer B. Look at the picture of SRST reference configuration – it points to 10.1.5.15, which according to topology is located in HQ 101.5.0/24.
