  1. A is correct, because if you deploy the services to the virtual machines in the specific regions, you will see, that these are available or not. So if this is not available in the specified region, you can’t deploy it. Therefore, A is correct.

  2. Shouldn’t the answer to this question be B i.e. No? There are limitations to the availability of services in a few regions. Therefore deployment of virtual machines to two or more regions will not meet the goal. Availability Zone does meet because we are talking about same region.
