  1. I’m sorry, updating Windows to version 2016, adprep.exe does not run automatically, it must be performed manually. Therefore, the letter B is correct.

    1. However, it is understood that if the administrator upgraded the Domain Controller to Windows Server 2016, it is because now, the functional level of the forest has also been updated.

  2. Upgrading schema or replacing all domain controllers with new version is not good enough. You need to change forest level which is not mention here. Schema upgrade is not the same thing as forest level raise.
