    AppLocker does not filter incoming network traffic, what you actually need is Windows Firewall Inbound Rule on the Private profile.

    Solution: From Windows Firewall with Advanced Security, you create an inbound rule.

    1. You want a domain profile, not a private profile. The server is a member of contos.com so the way to make sure it is a work computer or on the domain would be a domain profile firewall rule. Hope this helps with other similar questions.
