My guess is that as the 10/25GB CNA1300R is an Ethernet Converged Card you will need an ethernet Protocol first like:
10/25GB CNA1300R —> FCoE —> HPE SN6650B —> FC —> 4 Port 32GB FC
FCoE between a FC switch and Primera makes no sense.
