Designate a contact for support cases created automatically by HPE InfoSight for Servers. To access the screen for
enabling auto case creation, click Main Menu > Servers > Wellness Dashboard. Autocase creation is not available to
unregistered servers. In the upper-right corner, click the Configure button.
It’s a “Wellness tab”, you can log support cases from there…
