      1. We are talking about HIGH DENSITY environment (stadium, cinema) with many users and noise. You need to create many smaller cells and push clients to closest AP. APs have to set up with low TX power, because you need many smaller cells at different channels.

        When you set high mandatory, client will join the closest AP.

        Another solution is RX-SOP, but it is not listed.
