As Edward said: C is right.
Why?
Adding 5 upgrade domains results that the 10 web roles will be divided across those domains; meaning: 2 roles per domain. Updates happen only on one domain at the time, so a max of 2 roles will be unavailable. 10-2=8 running instances at all times.
