  1. C is correct. B only indicates that connection from a device to TACACS+ server is established that is why a login prompt appears while C uses ACS creds to login, point of TACACS+ is to authenticate.

  2. GOD DAMM IT, YOU GUYS..!!
    WHAT ABOUT C. Receiving a login prompt doesn’t ensure TACACS+ connectivity, but C if log in with ACS credential, means that the applicante request the ACS to authenticate you. and TACACS+ is what the appliance will use to communicate to ACS or Radius. WHY BBB??? who chooses these answers???
