A network administrator needs to create an Aruba firewall rule that permits wireless users to receive DHCP settings when they first connect to the Aruba solution.
What are the correct source and destination aliases for the rule?
A. source = any and destination = user
B. source = any and destination = any
C. source = user and destination = user
D. source = user and destination = any
The answer is A.
Here the question is “What are the correct source and destination aliases for the rule?” Not firewall rule!
Servers cant be User, B is the Correct Answer
A is correct, B will correct only in case you want to block user or client who may have DHCP server to attribute other user IP. you want only your DHCP Server to assign IP.
DHCP is a server which is not a user so the correct answer should be “B”.
answer A or B ?
B per Implementing Aruba WLAN 8.0 Training manual, pg. 257.
So answer still A ?
I agree.
Should be B right? its still pre-authentication…
