    C and E are relatively the same answer except E does not provide a full solution like C does

  3. A does not accomplish the task, because both Meet-Me conf numbers are in the same partition.
    B Meet-Me numbers are overlapping with ad-hoc numbers. No info regarding security here
    E only creating the Meet-Me conf numbers does not accomplish the requirement.
