What are the two minimum required components of a DHCP binding? (Choose two.)
A. a DHCP pool
B. an exclusion list
C. a hardware address
D. an IP address
E. an ip-helper statement
C is not correct. A hardware address is optional not required.
E is not correct. Nothing written about the need for a ip-helper statement
B is not correct. Nothing about an exclusion list.
We are left with both A and D as the correct answers since having a DHCP pool and a host address (ip address) is required.

Some DHCP clients need fixed IP addresses. To provide a fixed IP address for a client, you can statically bind the MAC address or ID of the client to an IP address in a DHCP address pool. When the client requests an IP address, the DHCP server assigns the IP address in the static binding to the client.
This is a manual DHCP binding
