  1. It also says that all campuses are responsible for purchasing their own licenses. which to me, means there is no agreement to share licenses across campuses.

    1. But Answer C just states to move them to the global license pool. So the Campus A license pool does not get an additional license.
      So I think A is the only answer that leaves campus A with more licenses than before…
