An administrator enables DRS and sets the automation level to Fully Automated. DRS is only making initial placement recommendations.

the correct answer is D.
You can enable DRS to 1, vMotion would never happen unless you put the host in maintenance mode. putting it to 5 (aggressive) would make the VMs move a lot.
if your vMotion is misconfigured nothing will ever move.
