What is causing this issue?

When a user attempts to log out from Cisco Extension Mobility service by pressing the services button and selecting the Cisco Extension Mobility service, the user is not able to log out. What is causing this issue?
A. The Cisco Extension Mobility service has not been configured on the phone.
B. The user device profile is not subscribed to the Cisco Extension Mobility service.
C. The CTI service is not running.

  1. I think it is D, because the button to log out is already there, so it seems that the profile is already subscribed to EM.

    1. The question doesn’t state the log out button is there, just that they cannot log out after pressing Services button.

      The Phone is subcribed EM to log in, but the profile isn’t so once logged in, they cannot log out.

      Answer is B
