  1. Reboot Host to BIOS
    Disable Secure Boot
    Boot ESX
    Remove unsigned VIBs
    Reboot Host to BIOS
    Enable back Secure Boot

    Answer is C

  2. Better article https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2147606 . What is “required” is to remove the vibs. Secure boot has already been enabled, it’s failing to successfully boot due to incompatible vibs. The “lsu-lsi…” vib is in the article but it states the other vibs are up to the admins discretion. C is the answer here.

  3. Hello 5kyFx,

Makes sense, but – how do you remove vib(s) if you can not boot, please? Well I can imagine to boot from live Fedora CD and in case if VIBs are on some Linux FS to mount it and delete something (rm -rf ). But if binaries are on VMFS – I can not imagine to mount it to Fedora or any other Linux.
    Please suggest.

    Thanks
