What is the benefit of using the Standard Local Route Group?
A. You can have a noncentralized dialing plan for all company offices, to ensure reliability and remote survivability.
B. You can have a simplified dialing plan, in which you use the same route patterns, calling search spaces, and partitions for all offices in the same dialing domain (country), and you make call routing decisions based on the device pool ofthe calling device.
C. You can make call routing decisions based on the closest gateway to the destination of the call (that is, the TEHO).
D. The Standard Local Route Group is used exclusively for local calls.
I agree. Additionally, because LRG it reduces the number of route patterns and Partition that need to be created per country (as long as the country’s dial plan is uniform).
LRG, the gateway will now depend upon the Route Group assigned to the device initiating the call, through the Device Pool.
Standard Local Route Groups(sLRG) is a feature which helps in reducing the complexity and maintenance of the numbering dial plan when you have a large number of locations/sites. It can be used in a scenario where the dial plan is uniform across the locations.

Actually B is the correct answer.
I believe the correct answer is B. The main benefit of Local Route Groups is the simplification of the Route Pattern configuration, ie sharing the same route patterns between all remote locations and leaving the final routing decision to the Route Group that is specified in the Device Pool
I believe too
