Should be C because its only asking for AP license.
500 is for MM license which is different (MM license = AP + MC + VMC(APs)

The 500 MM licenses are just because other questions use similar exhibits and the questions are intentionally confusing
C appears to be the correct answer. This is a MM solution, so you have 32 APs that can terminate total and two Mobility Master controller licenses taken. I do not understand why they would have 500 mm licenses though for 32 access points.
