D doesn’t seem to be correct as according to https://kb.acano.com/content/9/66/en/troubleshooting-web-bridge-connectivity-issues.html in item 4 they mention that “If a user can log in and join a call but a guest cannot, this suggests that there is a problem with the HTTPS connection between the Call Bridge and Web Bridge”. In the question description users are unable to join call.
    It seems to me that the question describes the issue in item 3 of the doc and as a result correct answer to be B.
