  2. Seriously? Dividing by themself will give us cross-functional teams? If they work in functional teams when we allow choosing by themself what is the chance that all teams will be cross-functional? If they won’t what’s the point?

      1. The Teams should be self organized that’s why it’s C. In theory it should work like that even though the reality often is different.
