    as per the output total devices(controller+AP) = 8
    This is a hardware controller model 7030, answer B & D only applicable for VMs.

    The appliance is virtual not hardware , clearly seen from license types of MC-VA , stands for MC-Virtual Appliance
    The appliance has no virtual model capacity license assigned , only AP license set correctly but the virtual appliance itself all set to zero

    for virtual appliances , you need minimum 2 licenses , APs use license , and Virtual Appliance model license
    in this question APs license is set to 7 and they are used
    missing MC-VA license ,
