  1. The requirement for being able to manage access from one place makes the Access Teams method inappropriate. Access Teams would require to manage the access for each record in the respective record’s form (i.e. 25 different places).

  2. Correct answer is c. The entity contains 25 records that “specified users” Need to Access. The question does not state “specific records” and the number if the records is irrelevant.

  3. Correct is “A”. If you need to give access only to specified records, then you should use Access teams. With Owner team you can’t give access to exact records, only to entity at all.
