You need to make it possible to start Windows Mobility Center on the tablet.

A. Run gpedit.msc and set Turn off Windows Mobility Center to Not Configured.
B. Repair the installation of Windows Mobility Center by using Programs and Features.
C. Turn on XPS Services by using Turn Windows features on or off in Programs and Features.
D. Run control.exe, and then select Programs and Features. Click Turn Windows features on or off.
