You have business services that run on an on-premises mainframe server.
You must provide an intermediary configuration to support existing business services and Azure. The business services cannot be rewritten. The business services are not exposed externally.

A. Connect to the on-premises server by using a custom service in Azure.
B. Expose the business services externally.
C. Expose the business services to the Azure Service Bus by using a custom service that uses relay binding.
D. Move all business service functionality to Azure.
I also agree that this is C. See WCF docs for additional info. Plus you have to write an intermediary solution. If you expose the services externally then there’s really no intermediary solution there – they are just exposed. D. is wrong because the business services cannot be rewritten and as far as I know, there’s not really mainframe support in Azure (as I understand it – I saw something about zOS support or something once, but that’s different I believe). A. seems kind of vague and I think that they are really going after the WCF concept here – so I’d go with C.
