  1. Agreed with Dooley, also a great way to check if you have a phone on a Cisco system is just pick it up dial a number and count to 15 and verify the call cant be completed message. Keep in mind this assumes the interdigit timer default has not been modified on you CUCM setup.

  2. The correct answer is 15 seconds, this is the T302 timer which by default is 15000ms (15 seconds)
    There are no timers which default to 10 seconds.
