  1. Answer A:
As for accessing the OS, you will have SSH access to the server.
As for application related config, you will have GUI access.

  2. Regarding privilege level EndUser are not able to access any way to CUCM ( CLI&GUI)
so answer D could be correct-

Yes thats correct. As for accessing the OS, you will have SSH access to the server, however, the privilege level will not be root access. The commands you will run will not be linux commands but customized commands which should let you do quite a bit of stuff with regards to the OS. As for application related config, you will have GUI access just like in the Windows versions, with a better look and feel to it.

Access to the Linux operating system (root, or superuser) and the database is no longer available in CUCM version 5.x and higher for end users. The more recent releases only offer a command line interface (CLI) with a limited command set for troubleshooting, including queries regarding system information or database information. The root access is reserved for the technical support from Cisco (TAC).

but maybe customer refers to the Person that installed the CUCM in that case it has access to GUI and Limited CLI commands.

So answer A could be correct too.

Root and SuperUser access is for TAC.

  3. I think the correct answer is D.
It is true that SO is linux and TAC can access to OS but, the question is about customer access level and customer doesn’t have any direct access to the OS.
