  1. The D is for Sprint Goal not for PBI.
    Sprint Goal to be completed/attained must have all the item related to it in the sprint backlog finished as the DoD say.

    PBI is and independant things (logically), so as they speak of PBI in the PBL (not in the SBL), the best answer is effectively the B.

  2. Sprint Backlog may contain parts of an epic which will be continued in the next sprint in order to totally complete the increment. Not every task on the sprint backlog is an increment of Done on its own, it might need other pieces to complete it.

    1. Well D is an acceptable answer too. Again, we are taking the exam here so let’s not think about actual practices. B is the best answer because it is closely related to the definition of done.
