I have to do it in migration lab. when I do “set network dns primary x.x.x.x”, it asks you to confirm “the network service will be restarted”

Explains at the bottom network connectivity will be lost for a moment, tends to drive me towards restart of network service.
You do NOT restart the call manager server, just do the network service, it’ll be down for a few seconds.
