A user is attempting to access VoiceView Express on a Cisco Unity Express that is connected to a remote Cisco Unified Communications Manager system and receives a HTTP Error [404]. Where should the administrator navigate to resolve this issue?
A. JTAPl Subsystem on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager
B. URL service on the Cisco Unity Express
C. IP Phone Services on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager
D. Authentication service on the Cisco Unity Express
In my opinion both answers B and C are correct. We are checking first C if it’s correct with what we see in B.
However I would expect administrator should know hyperlink while configuring.
Correct answer is C
Beside in previously given hyperlink by John we have these steps:

Correct answer is C
Beside in previously given hyperlink by John we have these steps (1st one is to check URL then go to CUE):
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unity-express/69778-ts-vve.html#topicsub1
Complete these steps:
Check the phone to see if it has the services URL. If the Cisco Unity Express is connected to Cisco CallManager Express, then make sure that the services URL and the authentication URLs are correctly configured under Telephony service on Cisco CallManager Express.
The IP address is 10.50.10.125 of this Cisco Unity Express:
cme#show running-config | include url
url services http://10.50.10.125/voiceview/common/login.do
url authentication http://10.50.10.125/voiceview/authentication/authenticate.do
Either go to the Cisco Unity Express CLI and select show VoiceView configuration or go to the Cisco Unity Express GUI and select Voicemail > Voice View Express > Configuration in order to check if VVE is enabled.
se-10-50-10-125#show voiceview configuration
Phone service URL: http:///voiceview/common/login.do
Enabled: Yes
Idle Timeout (minutes): 30
According to this is appears B is correct?

strange, cisco have these error as example

Problem Description
When a user presses the Services button on the phone, the http error 404 error message displays.
Solution
Complete these steps:
>For a Cisco Unity Express registered with a Cisco CallManager server, issue the show ccn status ccm-manager from the Cisco Unity Express CLI to check if the Cisco Unity Express is registered with Cisco CallManager.
se-10-50-30-125#show ccn status ccm-manager
JTAPI Subsystem is currently registered with Call Manager: 180.180.180.3
(or did i make a mistake?, for me it is A)
I believe that the right answer is D, from the CAPPS book, p.204 we can find the following :
The Cisco Unity Express system starts an authentication server that acts as the primary
authentication server for VoiceView Express. The Authentication Manager is a
network server that processes authentication requests for IP phone tasks as illustrated
in Figure 11-10 .
URL service is running on CME not CUE
Whay not B?
I think A is right

C. IP Phone Services on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager
