  1. You were correct the first time. ETSI allows both UNII 2 and UNII 2 Extended, so C and D are both correct – EIRP 1000mW

  2. In my opinion, this question could be either C or D since both U-NII bands are set a EIRP Max of 30 dBm

    1. My bad, I noticed that was in London so that means it is ruled by ETSI NOT FCC. So, the answer is correct, option D.
