1. Config O365 for SP hybrid
2. Create cloud search svc app in SPS by run the hybrid Picker Wizard or Powershell cmdlet: CreateCloudSSA.ps1.
3. Connect cloud search svc app to O365 tenant. Powershell cmdlet: Onboard-CloudHybridSearch.ps1
4. Set up search in SPS for hybrid search.
5. Create content source for cloud hybrid search to crawl.
6. Set up separate search ctr in O365 to validate hybrid search results.
7. Start full crawl on-prem content for hybrid search.
8. Verify cloud hybrid search works. Set search ctr to use default result source on-prem content displays in search ctr in O365.
9. Tune search
10. Remove validation search ctr & expose all users to hybrid search results.
