  1. Presumably the a=sendonly is significant here to mean it’s one-way audio, so therefore either on hold or hearing ringback. Since ringback is indicated with 180 RINGING SIP message then by process of elimination it must be C – caller is on hold? Also significant is that it’s port 4000 for RTP indicating it’s the CUCM Annunciator in IP Voice Media Streaming Service?
