Had to wrap my brain around the answers.. But.. D is correct, the other answers all point to Ike phase 1not beeing complete. Since it is en MM_ACTIVE pahse 1 is ok, and the question concerns that they cannot communicate, and since it is completed for phase 1 = D: The issue occurs in phase 2 of the tunnel !
