An engineer with ID336990329 is troubleshooting this video conference issue:
A video call between a Cisco 9971 in Region1 and another Cisco 8961 in Region1 works.
As soon as the Cisco 9971 in Region1 conferences in a Cisco 8945 in Region2, the Region1 endpoint cannot see the Region2 endpoint video.
Which cause of this issue is true?
A. Maximum Session Bit Rate for Video Calls is too low.
B. Maximum Audio Bit Rate should be increased.
C. Cisco 8945 does not have a camera connected.
D. Maximum Session Bit Rate for Immersive Video Calls is too low.
i just dont see how this is right.
I dont know much about this but from what i read that multiple video calls will use the bw that is set in locations to determine if they have enough bw to make the call.
Also i read that sometimes the audio will not get set up and the video will based on audio bw issues.
