  1. Clues:
    1.HTTP Secure is running via port 443 => B and C are WRONG;
    2.any ACL is defined with a WILDCARD;
    3. a WHOLE class A = A.0.0.0 => 10.0.0.0 is correct (10.1.0.0 is wrong)
