I think it is B. I found also other dumps with a bit bifferent anser under B (-75 to -67dBm) which would make sense.

Answer is D. You need the higher upper range to see your cell overlap and to determine the noise floor.
shoud be B.
Default voice minimum RSSI is -75 dBm. but cisco reccomend to get RSSI better than -67 dBm
