  1. Locations defines the maximum bandwidth that a group of like calls(audio, video, immersive) can use between 2 points. Regions defines the maximum bandwidth a call can use thereby limiting the available codecs the call can use.

  2. In order to define the maximum available bandwidth for audio and video calls we are defining Locations.

    The Regions are the other parameter, which is used to define the maximum allowed codec between two endpoints.
