RAPs can terminate on an MC Cluster, but only if cluster has a public IP, because NAT is not supported with RAPs in a cluster.

I think the answer here is D. RAP. Page 75 from the Study Guide says that Only MCs can be actual cluster members-MMs cannot be cluster members. Cluster members can terminate Campus APs (CAP) and Remote APs (RAP). Mesh APs will be supported in a future version.
