  1. As stated by “You”, we cannot really answer this question with the given information:

    – is the VDC failure happening on the default VDC or a non-default VDC?
    – are we using default HA options?
    – are we running with single or dual supervisor?

“The default HA policies for a nondefault VDC that you create is restart for a single supervisor module configuration and switchover for a dual supervisor module configuration. The default HA policy for the default VDC is reload for a single supervisor module configuration and switchover for a dual supervisor module configuration.”

  2. Answer is C:

Bringdown—Puts the VDC in the failed state. To recoverfrom the failed state, you must reload the physical device. This is the behavior for default VDC. For non-defaultVDC, there is no need to reload the physicaldevice.

  3. None of these are correct, if we assume two SUPs are present.
If two SUPs are present, it would do a switchover. If one SUP, then a restart.
Since switchover isn’t a choice, then chose restart. (A.)
