MRM and MRK are right. Loopback processing does not disregard the Site GPO, Domain GPO, other higher level GPOs ; just to apply one Computer policy
IMHO it should be answer B, loopback replace user2 GPO which is A4 but why should it replace all other polices ?

in link from MrK, mentioned that ->Replace mode completely skips Group Policy objects linked in the path of the user and only applies user settings in GPOs linked in the path of the computer. Use replace mode when you need to disregard all GPOs that are linked in the path of the user object.

Replace Mode
In this mode, the user’s list of GPOs is not gathered. Only the list of GPOs based on the computer object is used.
The computer is in OU4 / A7.
So Site(A3) -> Domain(A1) -> OU (A5->A6->A7)
The computer’s GPO path user settings are still applied.
