  1. MRM and MRK are right. Loopback processing does not disregard the Site GPO, Domain GPO, other higher level GPOs ; just to apply one Computer policy

  2. IMHO it should be answer B, loopback replace user2 GPO which is A4 but why should it replace all other polices ?
    A3, A1, A5, A6 and A7
    A3 – site
    A1 – domain
    A5 – OU1
    A6 – OU3
    A7 – computer from OU4
    and we are skipping A4 because of loopback

      1. in link from MrK, mentioned that ->Replace mode completely skips Group Policy objects linked in the path of the user and only applies user settings in GPOs linked in the path of the computer. Use replace mode when you need to disregard all GPOs that are linked in the path of the user object.

        Means only A7 applied. Its D
