it seems there are 2 answers for this question, b and c are new.
Both Hop Limit (B) and Traffic Class (D) already existed, but just changed names.
Hop Limit has the same function of the TTL field, and Traffic Class is analogous to the Type of Service field.
Flow label, on the other hand, has no IPv4 equivalent.
