  1. “B” is correct answer due to following things:

e0/3 interfaces were configured as Stateful Failover Link
m0/0 interfaces were configured as Failover Link

According Cisco manual through Failover link devices exchange this information:
The unit state (active or standby)
    Hello messages (keep-alives)
    Network link status!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    MAC address exchange
    Configuration replication and synchronization

  2. Not sure about this one, also because there is a key mismatch between FW1 & FW2:

    FW1
    failover lan key key1
    blabla

    FW2
    failover lan key rack
    blabla

  3. If it would be statefull failover, the A and C would be correct – bacause through the stafull failover even ARPs are exchanged.

  4. B. network link status, is wrong because…. the failover link is e0/3

The following information is communicated over the failover link:
    • The unit state (active or standby)
    • Hello messages (keep-alives)
    • Network link status
    • MAC address exchange
    • Configuration replication and synchronization

The correct answer is, A. TCP connection status because….

For Stateful Failover, the following state information is passed to the standby ASA:
TCP and UDP connections and states.

    https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa95/configuration/general/asa-95-general-config/ha-failover.pdf

    1. This one is tough because it doesn’t state in the question whether this is a Stateful or Stateless failover.

Unless somebody posts the whole question with exhibit which specifically states Stateful failover, I am going to lean towards B – Network Link Status.

      Just like you posted above:

      Failover Link Data
The following information is communicated over the failover link:
      • The unit state (active or standby)
      • Hello messages (keep-alives)
      • Network link status
      • MAC address exchange
      • Configuration replication and synchronization

      1. The interface mentioned in the exhibit as “failover link STATE e0/3”
I would go with AngelG with option “A” is the correct answer
