Take a good look at the picture. Gateway of last resort is 192.168.14.4 (interface Fa0/1). As router don;t have route for network 172.16.1.0, traffic will be routed via 192.168.14.4 (gw of last resort).
i don’t understand this question, there is no 172.16 network in the exhibit, can anyone explain please ?
There is no route to 172.16.1.0. So the packet will be send to the gateway (of last resort), which you can see above all routes.
