Department – “If you are a manager, you can generate a summary or detailed report of the calls that are made by all users who report to you, or only those users that you choose.”

When a non-CAR manager logges in they see Bills > Department

” If you are a CAR administrator, you can generate a summary or detailed report of the calls that some or all users in the system make. ”
When you assign them CAR Admin they see User Reports > Bills > Department

    Q. says “a manger” and “particular user” not managed user so I would say B

  2. I’d say the correct answer is C – see here: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/11_5_1/car/CUCM_BK_C72B9385_00_cdr-analysis-and-reporting_1151/CUCM_BK_C72B9385_00_cdr-analysis-and-reporting_1151_chapter_0100.html#CUCM_TP_BB514F7F_00

“Step 3 Perform one of the following tasks:

If you are a user or manager, choose Bills > Individual.
If you are a CAR administrator, choose User Reports > Bills > Individual.

    The Individual Bill window displays.”

    1. Answer C is wrong. The question say manager is generating report for a particular user, not for himself.
Bill -> Individual show the manager data, if he want to see data for a particular user the correct menu is Bill -> Departement.

do not confuse “be administrator” (and so you have also the path User Reports) or “be a user or manager” (with only the Bill path) with show only own Bills (Individual) or others user Bills (department)

      1. C is definitely the correct answer. I logged into CAR as non-CAR admin and checked it myself on a CUCM 12.5 cluster. CAR Admins get the User Reports menu but users/managers do not. You must belong to the Standard CAR Admin Users group to see the ‘User Reports’ menu. Otherwise you only see Bill > Individual.

  3. The correct answer is A

    Bills:
Individual – Available for users, managers, and CAR administrators. Individual bills provide call information for the date range that you specify. You can generate, view, or mail summary or detail information about your individual phone bills. Those CAR administrators who are also application users cannot get this report.

Department – Available for managers and CAR administrators. Department bills provide call information and quality of service (QoS) ratings. If you are a manager, you can generate a summary or detailed report of the calls that are made by all users who report to you, or only those users that you choose. If you are a CAR administrator, you can generate a summary or detailed report of the calls that some or all users in the system make. This report helps you to keep track of all calls on a user-level basis for the entire system.

Individual report show only your own calls, while departement report can be used by a manager for show details about 1 or more users

  4. Correct answer should be C.
The question states the steps follow by a Manager not a CAR administrator

    * If you are a user or manager, choose Bills > Individual.
    * If you are a CAR administrator, choose User Reports > Bills > Individual.
