  1. B Where I worked as a Server Administrator for the NAVY, we gave NSA IT technicians administrative accounts (which are special USER accounts with full access to everything). So my answer from experience is (B) User account. When creating the accounts you create the USER account then assign that account to a group – in this case, the Administrators group.
