It’s port security. i ran into a real life situaion on a cisco switch with this issue.
I think what they’re referring to for ACL is firewall policy ACL’s.
What about MAC ACL which operate at layer 2? Surely both A and D are correct, you could argue D is “more” correct but selecting A is certainly not incorrect!
