  2. I don’t quite understand the logic behind this one.

    So, the scenario clearly states that the technician reseated the battery. To me this should indicate there is not problem with the battery being loose.

    The only other thing I could think of based on the information provided in the scenario is, whether or not the room the computer is being moved to is too hot, or does not allow allow for proper airflow. In which case it could be a problem related to overheating which would cause shutdowns.

    1. C and E would cause a failure. system overheating wouldn’t happen just because he changed rooms so d is the best answer here is D. Another dumb question though
