  1. that cpu can turbo up to 3ghz, what’s stated in cpuinfo is the baseclock. Therefore A is correct.

  2. I was curious on how does it work, the application requires a CPU with 3.0GHz, the output shows that the current CPU is working at 2.10GHz, yet the answer says that the system meets the requirements?
