  1. – Cumulative Flow Diagram: Represents the fluidity of the work, in order to reduce the bottlenecks (throughput, turnaround time, cycle time, queue size, and remaining work. The more a region of the graph becomes larger, the more there is a bottleneck in the process).
    – Burnup: Represent the amount of work done -so it rises towards the target.
    – Cycle Time: Measures the average time to complete a ticket.
    – Burndown: Represents the amount of work remaining, so it goes down to zero.

    Burndown: Represents the burndown. The burndown line tells you how fast you are burning down the work. For past data points, the plotted burndown represents actual burndown as of the end of each interval/iteration. For future data points, the plotted burndown represents a projected burndown, based on past burndown.
