  1. I agree that this can be confusing. I believe the key is that other users aren’t having issues. As soon as you see that, its their way of saying that the problem lies with this particular user (unless DHCP addresses are exhausted of course). Once you determine that, that pretty much leaves the wireless switch on their laptop.

    Another way to think of this is as it would happen in real life. Someone calls up and says, “It’s not working! I didn’t do anything!!!” Well, they may not have changed anything, but that doesn’t mean the jerk next to them didn’t flip the switch just to screw with them 😛

  3. I’m having difficult understanding this one. If the question says the user didn’t modify the laptop then how is the Wireless switch toggled off?
